Thanks to Castro Valley resident and retired electrical engineer Frank Neu, library patrons have the opportunity to construct, test, and experiment with up to 10 easy to build electrical circuits.  Neu has graciously provided the library with multiple copies of these mc9 kits (all of which he created).  These kits provide patrons with all the materials they need to embark on the exciting task of circuit building.  In addition to these kits,Neu has designed an incredibly helpful website  http://www.tier-2-innovation.com/ , that offers those interested in circuit building the chance to download the mc9 kits from the comfort of their own home.  The website also provides detailed illustrated schematics, reference manuals, and should difficulties arise in the construction of these circuits, a link to Frank’s email so that you can ask questions of him.  If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, feel free to visit http://www.tier-2-innovation.com/ to download your kit, or just come  into the library and pick one up at the information desk.
