ParkerFredstiMystery authors Marc Coggins, Ann Parker and Dana Fredsti, shared their work and talked about the hard work it takes to become a published writer. Panel was moderated by Camille Minichino, author of 8 books in the Periodic Table mystery series 4 in the Miniature series. Ms. Minichino received a Ph.D. in physics from Fordham University and has a long career in research, writing and teaching.

The authors are all located in the Bay Area.  Ms. Parker once worked at the Castro Valley Library and Ms. Minichino is a Castro Valley resident who has been an active supporter of the New Library. Speakers represent Sisters in Crime,  a group of men and women writers devoted to the development and support of women mystery writers. The lively discussion was hosted by the Friends of the Castro Valley Library.
