This past Saturday, not only was love in the air, but so was the smell of  chocolate.  Our 5 confectioner’s (from left to right, Ryan, Chris, Jeremy, Catey, Jessica), channeled the imaginary spirit of  Willy Wonka, and conjured up many scrumptious goodies.

Using dark, white, red and even purple chocolate, the teens  spent a little over an hour melting down and pouring their chocolate in lollipop and individual  pieces molds.  They all exhibited a real talent in candymaking, and most importantly, everybody went home with a bunch of tasty treats.
